 | A group of Irishmen who emigrated to England in the 1970s with grand plans to make it big now gather at a wake when the first of the group dies. Knowing that England is not their home but that the Ireland they left no longer exists, all that remains of their old life is each other. As the drink flows, their failures come to haunt them and old resentments resurface.
